Бұл "Адалдық сағатында" танымал спортшы, ел мақтанышы Ардақ Назаров жастармен парасаттылық тақырыбында ой бөліседі. Ардақ Назаров 1980 жылы 14 қазанда Алматы облысының Райымбек ауданында дүниеге келген. Джиу-джитсудан Қазақстан чемпионы (1999, Алматы). Ережесіз жекпе-жектен әлемнің екі дүркін чемпионы (2004, Хабаровск, Ресей, 2005, Сеул, Корея) және әлем кубогының иегері (2004, Хабаровск, Ресей). Еуразияның екі мәрте чемпионы (2001, Астана, 2002 Қарағанды). Азия және Еуропа чемпионы (2003, Бішкек, 2007, Таллин). Еуропа – Азия матчтық кездесуінің жеңімпазы (2005, Екатеринбург, Ресей). Санкт-Петербор, Бішкек, Владивосток, Сеул қалаларында өткен халықаралық турнирлердің жеңімпазы.
